Pupil : because my father always says that Rome was not built in a day ! ~ Pupil : I don’t think I deserve zero on this test Teacher : I agree , but that is the lowest mark I could give you ! ~ Father : why did you get such a low score in the test ? Son : absence Father : you were absent on the day of the test ? Son : no , but the boy who sits next to me was absent ! ~ The first : what does “minimum” mean ? The second : a very small mother ! The first : then what does “ maximum” mean ? The second : a very big mother ! ~ Teacher : what can you tell me about the Dead Sea ? Pupil : dead ? I did not even know he was sick ! ~ Teacher : if 1+1 =2 and 2+2=4 , what is 4+4? Pupil : that’s not fair , you answer the easy ones and leave us the hard one ! ~ Teacher : now class , whatever I ask , I want you to answer at once , who much is 6+4? Class : at once ! ~ Teacher : it’s clear that you have not studied your geography , what’s your excuse ? Pupil : well , my dad say the world is changing everyday , so I decided to wait until it settles down ! ... |
